Overview

We accept returns on eligible men's Prada sunglasses within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all accessories, and the tamper seal intact. We offer straightforward exchanges if you need a different size or color, and fast refunds to your original payment method.

Eligibility checklist

Frames fitted with third‑party prescription lenses after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

  1. Request an RMA: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (fit, color, defect, etc.).
  2. Receive instructions: We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and a prepaid label option.
  3. Pack securely: Use the original shipping box if possible. Include the RMA inside and write the RMA on the outer box.
  4. Ship: Drop off with the specified carrier. Keep the receipt and tracking number.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model? Ask for an exchange when you request your RMA. We can place a courtesy hold for 7 days once your return is in transit. The replacement ships after your return is scanned by the carrier.

If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 qualify for returns until January 15 of the following year, provided all standard eligibility conditions are met.

Warranty & repairs

Your sunglasses are covered against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears under normal use within 12 months, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll help evaluate the issue and provide next steps, which may include repair or replacement according to manufacturer guidelines. Damage from wear, accidents, or unauthorized alterations isn’t covered.

Returns FAQ

How long do I have to return?
30 days from delivery. Holiday purchases may qualify for our extended window.
Can I try them on?
Yes—brief try‑on at home is fine. Avoid adjustments, lens cleaning fluids, or wear outdoors to keep them return‑eligible.
Do you offer free returns?
For US returns, you can use our prepaid label with an $8.95 deduction, or ship with your own insured carrier. If we made an error or the item is defective, we cover the label.
When will I see my refund?
Typically 3–5 business days after we approve the return at our facility.
Can I exchange for a different model?
Yes—request an exchange during your RMA request and we’ll hold the replacement once your return is in transit.
