Overview
We accept returns on eligible men's Prada sunglasses within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all accessories, and the tamper seal intact. We offer straightforward exchanges if you need a different size or color, and fast refunds to your original payment method.
Eligibility checklist
- Unworn and in new condition (no scratches, adjustments, residue, or signs of use).
- All original components included: Prada case, outer box, booklet, cloth, authenticity materials, and barcode labels.
- Our tamper tag/seal remains attached and unbroken.
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier scan).
- Purchased directly from pradasunglassesmen.org.
Frames fitted with third‑party prescription lenses after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Request an RMA: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (fit, color, defect, etc.).
- Receive instructions: We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and a prepaid label option.
- Pack securely: Use the original shipping box if possible. Include the RMA inside and write the RMA on the outer box.
- Ship: Drop off with the specified carrier. Keep the receipt and tracking number.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or model? Ask for an exchange when you request your RMA. We can place a courtesy hold for 7 days once your return is in transit. The replacement ships after your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds & timing
- Inspection time: 2–3 business days from delivery to our return center.
- Refund method: Original payment method. Gift orders can be refunded to a digital store credit on request.
- Posting time: 3–5 business days after approval (bank/issuer dependent).
- What’s refunded: Product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping is non‑refundable unless we made an error.
Return shipping & fees
- US customers: Use our prepaid label; a flat $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. If we shipped the wrong or defective item, we cover the label.
- You may use your own insured trackable carrier; you are responsible for loss/damage in transit.
- No restocking fee for complete, like‑new returns. Incomplete or used returns may incur a refurbishment fee (up to 15%) or be returned to you.
Damaged/defective & wrong items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Non‑returnable items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at checkout.
- Used or adjusted frames (bent temples, heat‑adjusted bridges, removed tamper tag).
- Frames after third‑party lens installation.
- Gift cards.
International returns
- International returns are accepted within 30 days; customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
- Mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to reduce delays. We cannot refund customs/fees collected by your country.
- Refused/undeliverable parcels: Shipping, return freight, and any carrier fees are deducted from the refund.
Holiday & extended returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 qualify for returns until January 15 of the following year, provided all standard eligibility conditions are met.
Order changes & cancellations
- We can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. After shipment, please initiate a return.
- Address corrections: Contact us immediately; once the carrier has the parcel, changes are not guaranteed.
Packaging checklist
Before you ship your return, confirm these items are included:
- Prada sunglasses (mint condition)
- Original Prada case and outer box
- Booklet and microfiber cloth
- Authenticity materials and barcode labels
- Tamper tag attached and unbroken
- RMA number inside and written on the outer box
Warranty & repairs
Your sunglasses are covered against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears under normal use within 12 months, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll help evaluate the issue and provide next steps, which may include repair or replacement according to manufacturer guidelines. Damage from wear, accidents, or unauthorized alterations isn’t covered.
